What is the difference between parallel and sequential signing?

With parallel signing, all recipients can sign simultaneously in any order; ideal when signatures are independent. With sequential signing, recipients sign in a specific order, with each signer notified only after the previous one completes; perfect for approval chains.

What is the signing experience like for recipients?

Recipients enjoy a seamless, embedded signing experience. After email verification, they view your proposal in a professional viewport with zoom controls, then complete their signatures within a smooth modal overlay; no jarring redirects to external e-signature services.

How will I know when documents are signed?

Real-time notifications update your dashboard instantly. You also receive email notifications when signatures complete, and for multi-recipient documents, progress updates inform you as each party signs.

What happens after all signatures are collected?

How secure is SalesSign?

Yes. Administrators can require additional security factors. Team members using only passwords will be prompted to enable Passkey, MFA, or Magic Link authentication; ensuring your entire organisation meets security standards.

What is Passkey authentication?

Passkeys represent the most secure login technology available. Instead of passwords that can be phished or stolen, Passkeys use biometric authentication or hardware security keys; making account compromise virtually impossible.

Billing & Pricing

How does billing work?

SalesSign uses straightforward subscription billing. Your plan includes a monthly allocation of signature envelopes plus user licenses for your team. Manage everything from the Billing section in Settings. View our pricing page for plan details.

What are signature envelopes?

An envelope is consumed each time a signature request successfully completes. Your envelope allocation resets at the start of each billing cycle, and unused envelopes don't roll over—so you always have fresh capacity. See envelope allocations on our pricing page.

Can I purchase additional envelopes or user licenses?

Yes. Purchase envelope top-ups or additional user licenses anytime from Settings. Additional licenses are prorated for your current billing period, and top-up envelopes are available immediately. Check pricing for rates.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Navigate to Settings then Billing to view available plans and upgrade instantly. Plan changes take effect immediately with prorated billing, ensuring you only pay for what you use. Compare plans on our pricing page.
