Billing & Pricing Questions
What's included in each plan?
All plans include our full proposal builder, analytics suite, and Salesforce integration. The difference is eSignature envelopes: Builder is pay-as-you-go, Pro includes 20/month, and Max includes 50/month. Max also includes Stripe payments at acceptance (Sign & Pay) and the form builder.
What is an eSignature envelope?
An envelope is consumed when a signature request completes successfully. One envelope = one signed document, regardless of how many signers are involved. Unused envelopes don't roll over.
Can I purchase additional envelopes?
Absolutely. Buy envelope top-ups anytime from your Settings. They're available instantly, stay valid for 90 days from purchase and are used after your monthly allowance.
Can I add more users to my team?
Yes. Add user licenses at any time. Additional licenses are prorated to your current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new sign-up starts with a 14-day free trial that includes 5 signing envelopes, so you can run a real proposal end to end. A card is taken up front and billing begins only when the trial ends.
Can I switch plans later?
Of course. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Settings. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
Do you offer annual billing?
Contact us for annual pricing and potential discounts for larger teams and envelope usage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. SalesSign uses AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3, and enterprise-grade security controls. Read our privacy policy for details.
Do I need Salesforce to use SalesSign?
No. While we offer the best Salesforce proposal and e-signature platform experience, all core features work standalone.
