This Cookie Policy explains how SalesSign Limited (“SalesSign”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our marketing website at salessign.io (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data more generally.
This policy covers only the salessign.io marketing website. SalesSign is a Salesforce-native application; your proposal content and CRM data live inside your own Salesforce org and are not governed by this Site cookie policy. See our Security & Trust Centre for more on how the product handles data.
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the site owner about how the site is used. “Similar technologies” — such as pixels, tags, local storage and software development kits (SDKs) — perform comparable functions, and references to “cookies” in this policy include those technologies.
Cookies may be set by us (first-party cookies) or by third parties whose services we use, such as analytics providers (third-party cookies). They may also be session cookies, which expire when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them.
We group cookies into the following categories. The full inventory is set out in the table below.
When you first visit the Site you will be presented with a consent banner allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always active. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you give consent.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by:
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew it. For more on your data-protection rights, see our Privacy Policy.
The table below lists the cookies used on the Site. Cookie names, providers and durations can change as third-party services are updated; we keep this list under review.

Some cookies are set by third parties whose services we use. Those parties process data in accordance with their own privacy and cookie notices, and may transfer data outside the UK/EEA. We recommend reviewing the relevant provider’s notices for details. Where third parties act as our processors, the relevant safeguards are described in our Data Processing Addendum and Sub-processor list.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Where required, we will obtain fresh consent for any new non-essential cookies.
