PARTNER PROGRAMME

Stop losing Salesforce deals to document tooling.

The SalesSign Partner Programme is built for Salesforce consultancies. When a build needs proposals, quotes, contracts, e-signature, web forms or payment collection, you can recommend a native component your client switches on in an afternoon — instead of quoting a separate document-generation tool, a per-envelope e-signature contract and weeks of integration. You keep the configuration work. Your client keeps working inside Salesforce. And SalesSign pays you a recurring referral fee for as long as they stay.

WHY CONSULTANCIES REFER SALESSIGN

Three reasons that have nothing to do with commission.

It unblocks your build

Every Sales Cloud project eventually hits “the reps need to send a proposal and get it signed”. That used to mean a Conga quote, a DocuSign contract and a month of glue. SalesSign is one Lightning component on the Opportunity — document generation, e-signature, forms and payments in one place.

It’s billable work for you

Templates, merge fields, CPQ line-item tables, Flow actions, approval steps and brand kits are configuration your team charges for. SalesSign gives you a product to configure, not one that replaces you — and every referred client gets 2 hours of our onboarding support on top.

Your client thanks you

Per-user pricing with envelopes included, signed PDFs filed back on the record, and reps who never leave Salesforce. Every new sign-up starts with a 14-day free trial, so your client can prove it on a real Opportunity first. Replacing a legacy document tool is the recommendation clients remember.

HOW IT WORKS

Register the deal. We onboard the client with you. You get paid quarterly.

1 · Apply and sign

A short application, an intro call, and our standard published terms. Every partner joins as a Registered Partner on the same terms — no side deals.

2 · Register the deal

Name the client the moment the document requirement surfaces — ideally before they start their 14-day trial. You get a 90-day protection window; first registrant wins.

3 · Onboard together

We give every referred client 2 hours of SalesSign implementation support in their first year. You bill your configuration days on top.

4 · Get paid quarterly

15% of the client’s net subscription revenue, recurring for as long as they remain a customer. Statements each quarter; you invoice us.

WHAT YOU GET

One partner level. One published set of terms.

Every partner joins as a Registered Partner on the same public Partner Programme Terms — the first partner and the fiftieth get identical terms. As the programme grows we expect to add levels with higher fees and extra benefits; if we do, existing partners will be told first and nothing already earned changes.

The commercials, plainly

  • Referral, not resale. SalesSign contracts with and bills your client. You never carry licence revenue, support obligations or credit risk.
  • Trials. Referral fees start with the client’s first paid invoice after their 14-day trial — the trial itself costs them nothing and costs you nothing in protection time if you registered first.
  • Fee basis. Net subscription revenue actually received — excluding VAT, envelope top-ups, pay-as-you-go credits and payment-processing fees.
  • Protection. 90 days from registration. Register early — even if the client is still deciding.
  • Payment. Quarterly in arrears against a statement from us; you invoice SalesSign. Minimum payout £100 (smaller balances roll forward). 60-day clawback if a client is refunded or cancels immediately.
  • Your own licence. The Max plan (£49 per user per month, 50 envelopes included) free for your own proposals while you are an active partner. Partners who send their own proposals with SalesSign are the ones who recommend it well.
What your client pays — Builder £19, Pro £29 (20 envelopes) or Max £49 (50 envelopes) per user per month, with pay-as-you-go envelopes at £1. Every new sign-up gets a 14-day free trial with 5 signing envelopes included, and billing starts only when the trial ends. Current pricing is always on the pricing page; the programme terms follow whatever is published there.

WHO IT’S FOR

Built for the people who actually build Salesforce.

Best fit

Sales Cloud implementers

Boutique and mid-size consultancies delivering Opportunity, Quote and Account builds where a proposal-and-signature step is on the requirements list every single time.

Strong fit

CPQ and RevOps specialists

Teams that live in Products, Price Books and Quote Line Items and need line-item tables to land in a branded document without a second tool.

Good fit

Salesforce-led agencies

Marketing and digital agencies who configure Salesforce for clients and want proposals, forms and payment collection to match the brand work they already do.

Not a fit right now: pure resellers who need to hold the customer contract, and consultancies with no Salesforce practice. If that’s you, talk to us anyway — the roadmap includes HubSpot.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Do we need to be an official Salesforce partner?

No. We ask about your Salesforce partner status on the application because it helps us understand your practice, but independent consultancies and agencies with a live Salesforce client base are welcome.

What if our client signs up with SalesSign directly?

If you registered the deal first and it is inside the 90-day window, it is your referral — however the client eventually subscribes. That is why we ask you to register early.

Can my client try it before committing?

Yes. Every new SalesSign sign-up starts with a 14-day free trial that includes 5 signing envelopes, so they can run a real proposal end-to-end on their own Opportunity. Register the deal before the trial starts and the referral is yours whether they convert on day 3 or day 14.

Who supports the client after go-live?

SalesSign supports the product; you support the configuration you built. Every referred client gets 2 hours of our implementation support in their first year, and you are welcome on those calls.

Can we white-label or resell SalesSign?

Not in this programme. SalesSign bills the client and remains the named product. A reseller model may follow as the programme matures; if that matters to you, say so on the application.

Is SalesSign on the AppExchange?

SalesSign is installed as a managed package and runs as a Lightning Web Component inside the client’s org. Our AppExchange security review is in progress; partners will be the first to know when the listing is live.

How quickly do you respond to an application?

Within two working days, personally. If it looks like a fit we’ll book a 30-minute intro call, walk you through the product and the commercials, and send the terms to sign.
