Structure

Built for deliverables, not boilerplate

Drag-in milestone tables, deliverable checklists and timeline blocks make SOWs scannable and clear — for the buyer and for whoever has to deliver them next month.

Governance

Legal-approved T&Cs, sales-customised scope

Locked legal sections mean reps can’t edit the indemnification or IP clauses. They can fully customise the scope, deliverables and pricing.

Customer Story
“We evaluated three proposal tools before going with SalesSign and the decision wasn’t close. Everything staying inside Salesforce was the clincher — my team stopped copying data between tabs and proposals started going out the same day as discovery calls. Our close rate has visibly improved.”

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Can we re-use our existing SOW templates?

Yes. Existing SOWs can be re-created in the SalesSign builder and converted to merge-fielded templates with locked legal sections.

Does SalesSign integrate with PSA or PM tools?

Indirectly. Signed SOWs sync deliverables and milestones to Salesforce, which most PSA tools (Certinia, Mavenlink, Kantata) integrate with natively.

Can buyers redline deliverables?

Buyers can’t edit the SOW directly, but interactive pricing tables and option toggles let them confirm scope choices that are captured exactly on the signed PDF.

Does SalesSign support hourly-rate plus fixed-fee SOWs?

Yes. Mixed-rate models, retainers and milestone-based fees can all be modelled in the pricing tables.
