Salesforce document generation your consultancy can recommend with confidence.

Every Sales Cloud project hits the same moment: the client asks how quotes and contracts will get out of the door, and the honest answer is a six-figure add-on or custom Visualforce. SalesSign is Salesforce document generation for consultancies who would rather keep the project moving — proposals, e-signature, forms and payments in one native component you can recommend, configure and bill for.

THE CONSULTANT’S CASE

Three reasons partners recommend SalesSign.

It unblocks your build

No six-figure Conga quote to justify, no hand-rolled Visualforce PDFs to maintain. Document generation, e-signature, forms and payments already sit inside the Opportunity.

It’s billable work for you

Templates, merge fields, Flow actions, CPQ line-item tables and approval steps are configuration — days you already charge for. SalesSign bills the client for the licence and pays you a recurring 15% share; you bill for making it fit.

Your client thanks you

They cut a separate DocuSign or Conga renewal, their reps never leave Salesforce, and the signed PDF lands on the record without anyone uploading it.

WHAT YOU’RE RECOMMENDING

Built for the org you are already designing.

Architecture

Native, not bolted on

SalesSign is a Lightning Web Component on the Opportunity, Quote or Account. Reps build from a template, merge in live CRM data and send; the signed PDF is written back to the record. Flow actions let you generate and send from the automation you are already building.

The client-side maths

Most stacks charge twice: a per-envelope e-signature bill that grows with every contract sent, plus a document-generation tool on its own contract. SalesSign is one per-user price with envelopes included — Pro at £29 per user per month with 20 envelopes, Max at £49 with 50, or Builder at £19 with pay-as-you-go envelopes at £1 each. Two renewals become one, and the bill stops climbing with volume.

Beyond signatures

Payments and forms in the same document

A proposal can take payment through Stripe at the point of acceptance, so the deposit arrives with the signature. Forms inside the document capture onboarding details and write them straight back to the CRM record — no re-keying, no second tool to integrate.

FAQ

Questions consultants ask us.

Does it work with Salesforce CPQ line items?

Yes. Line-item tables pull from Opportunity Products, Quote Line Items or CPQ quote lines through merge fields; columns, totals and grouping are configuration, not code.

Is it a managed package, and what is the security review status?

SalesSign installs as a managed package, so upgrades are versioned and your customisations sit outside it. The AppExchange security review is in progress; see our Compliance page for updates.

Who supports the client once they are live?

SalesSign does. We bill the client, support the product and include 2 hours of onboarding for referred clients. You own the Salesforce configuration, and referrals are protected to you for 90 days.

Can we white-label SalesSign?

No. The programme is referral-only: the client contracts with SalesSign and sees SalesSign in the component and signing ceremony. Their own logo and brand colours appear on proposals and emails.

How quickly can a client be live?

Install and org connection take an afternoon, and a first template can go out the same day. A full rollout — templates, Flow actions, permission sets — is configuration days, not a separate project. Registered partners also get 3 internal seats to build and demo with. Every new sign-up also starts with a 14-day free trial (5 signing envelopes included), so a client can prove it on a live Opportunity before their first invoice.
