AI Studio sits in the builder’s properties panel. Select a text box, table, form, image or shape and a specialist for that component writes or restyles it. Select nothing and the Architect builds a complete proposal, pitch deck or web page from a brief, in your client’s colours. Every result is a preview you accept, retry or discard.
Results appear as a preview with Accept, Retry and Discard. Accept applies them as a normal edit, and one undo takes them back, even for a whole Architect build.
Runs continue in the background as you move around the builder, and a result you have not accepted yet is still there when you come back to that component.
If something cannot be done, such as a styling option a component does not support, AI Studio says so in a note rather than quietly doing something else.
With nothing selected, AI Studio becomes the Architect: a chat that builds or restructures an entire document on the canvas while you watch. It works for three layouts, each with its own designed page patterns.
It names the proposal, writes and places text, tables and shapes, moves and restyles them, and applies a style kit to the whole document. Give it a vague brief and it proposes an outline and asks a question or two first; give it a specific one and it builds straight away. Follow-up requests carry on the same conversation.
Brand from URL reads a client’s public website and suggests three to five brand colours, heading and body fonts matched to fonts the PDF can embed, corner roundness, backgrounds and a card style, then recommends a style kit. It uses no AI and no allowance, and every suggestion can be switched off. Legibility checks reject colour pairings that would be hard to read.
Nine style kits come built in: Warm Editorial, Artful Dodger, Neon Tech Swiss, Bold Statement, Gallery Minimal, Amber Keyline, Navy Mint, Corporate Blue and Quiet Luxury. A guided “Build me a prompt” brief, section checkboxes and your account logo on the cover make a first build quick.
When a buyer opens your document, SalesSign summarises what they did: a headline, a short narrative, a Hot, Warm or Cold deal temperature and the next best action. It weighs which pages held their attention and which they skimmed, repeat visits, depth against your own averages, hesitation at the signature and signs the document was forwarded internally.
A whole-proposal summary adds momentum over time and which pages to cut, condense or move earlier. Summaries never contradict a signed outcome, and they do not use your AI Studio allowance.
Every request carries the same rules: specific sentence-case headings, short paragraphs, active voice, no hype, no filler. UK English by default, US English for US users.
Results are checked against a strict structure, tables are repaired so every row lines up, Salesforce mappings and rules are re-checked and all formatting is cleaned before it reaches the canvas.
Off-palette colours snap back to the style kit, headings cannot shrink during edits, closing bands stay anchored and text is never placed on top of images.

A text, table or shape action sends that component’s content and your instruction. Merge fields go by name only, never with the values from your Salesforce records.
Building a form sends your org’s field names, labels and types so mappings are correct. No Salesforce record data is ever sent.
Summaries use engagement measures, the recipient’s first name, city and device, the referring site’s domain and page headings only, never your document’s body text, tables or pricing.
Anthropic’s Claude models do the writing and design, with a faster model for component actions and the most capable model for the Architect. Image generation uses OpenAI’s image model.
Yes. Describe the client and the engagement, pick a layout and a style kit, and it builds the pages: cover, sections, pricing, quote table, timeline and closing call to action. It leaves image placeholders for your own photos.
No. Anything it does not know, such as a price, date or name, becomes a clear placeholder, and it only inserts Salesforce merge fields that exist on the linked record.
Yes. Describe the form and it creates the fields, rules and styling and maps each field to a Lead or Contact field in your org, checking every mapping against Salesforce before you accept.
Pro includes 100 units per user per month and Max 2,000. Every 14-day free trial runs as Max. Builder does not include AI Studio. Credit bundles top up any AI-enabled plan and never expire.
Always. Nothing changes until you accept the preview, and a single undo reverts an accepted result, including an entire Architect build.
Start a 14-day free trial with every Max feature, including 2,000 AI Studio units, or book a 20-minute demo and watch the Architect build a proposal for one of your own clients.
Every plan includes the builder, Salesforce sync, analytics and e-signature. The only differences are how many envelopes are included and whether you need payments or forms.
